Podiatech Lab products are covered by a 1-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. The warranty only applies to defects that occur within the warranty period. Podiatech Lab products comply with their technical description and specifications, and it is important to ensure that the chosen product is suitable for the intended application.
Terms of Use and Exclusions
The following damages are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage due to normal wear and tear
- Damage sustained during transport or storage
- Damage due to incorrect use or insufficient maintenance
- Damage caused by alterations or adaptations carried out in your own clinic
- Damage caused by impact, sharp objects, twisting, compression, falls, abnormal impacts or other conditions beyond Podiatech Lab's control
Warranty Activation
In case of defects, Podiatech Lab will assess whether the product should be repaired or whether insoles should be replaced at no extra cost.
